Everything went smooth. Service was great, truck was fine, 24/7 dropoff is awesome. Only very minor issues(wiper blades have seen better days, back door a little sticky when closing). Overall would definitely use again.

I have no problems with this location, but the online reservation system. I Made a reservation at a different location, and called the morning of to confirm and found out they were closed. When I called the 800 number, I was told that I was sent a text that my reservation was moved to a different location 15 minutes farther away from where I needed to use the trailer. I did not receive a phone call or email of this. I was renting this trailer to pick something up at an appointed time and had I not been proactive in confirming, I would've missed my pickup window. Your notification system needs some work.

The service was excellent. Didn't have to wait considering it was busy no waiting! Though the location was a little further than I wanted, I was helped with the mileage. So no complaints, customer service was excellent, gets two thumbs up!!

Overall experience was very poor however as UHaul advised us after I called to confirm uhaul day before pickup that there wasn't a vehicle available. Was on the phone several times with representatives and manager. Manager at original pick up place in Schererville (Nicole) was not very friendly. She did find a vehicle for us but could have given us more off after all the hassle and frustration we went through when it was clearly uhauls fault that we didn't originally have a vehicle. I had to push just to get $20 off. Pretty sad. I will be writing a review on Yelp and sending a letter to the president of uhaul.

They need to tell their clients on any defects of their rentals. Finding out that the gas tank only works well in certain gas stations and not disclosing this information to the customer is not good business. Fix your gas tank issues or tell the customer what gas stations work before he is dispatch! Customer service was horrible when I was trying to solve this issue as well.

This organization gets the job done! We rented a cargo van, we loaded up at U Box, and return the van and everything happened like clockwork. The staff was terrific, moving is always complicated and fraught, and they handled everything with clarity and efficiency.

I picked up a uhaul on friday the 29th. The schedule they gave me for free was "4 days" I never specified when i would be dropping it off. During the time i had the uhaul trying to find a place to live they had rented it out two times to other customers. I called on the due date (tuesday the 2nd of august 2016) and said that i wont be able to give return it according to the "free 4 days" i also stated that i have not found a place to move into yet and that i was searching. Uhaul said the charges are 40 dollars a day and I agreed to those terms and again stated "i dont know when i will be able to drop it off i am still looking." They scheduled a drop off for thursday the 4th. So thursday comes around and they are asking for it. Well, like i said before i dont know when i can drop it off i am close to finding a place at this point. Moved in Saturday the 6th and dropped off my uhaul to find out i have been charged with a 100 dollar late fee. Had i know that this would happen i would have just placed myself in an easy apartment from the get go. I already paid uhaul 2090 dollars to move 800 miles and now theyre penny pinching me? Due to this i have found that i will not recommend any uhaul services and next time will shop around with budget and penske. thank you for your time. Also 170 dollars for a storage unit is outrageous. but hey, fool them in with a free month because its convenient for the movers.

When someone reserve a trailer a week in advance and when it time to pick it up at the place where your employees inform me to go. But the day i supposed to pick up the trailer your company tried to send me to Skokie to pick up a trailer at 900am. At the same time I received a text message from 1of your employees in Skokie stating that I'm late picking up the trailer....1 thing is wrong with this situation.I never received a phone call saying I had to pick up a trailer in Skokie. If your company didn't have the trailer I reserve in Chicago then someone in your company should have notified me of the situation the day before I need the trailer

I was happy with the customer service, and the friendliness of James Martin. The only problem was that I had reserved a 20' truck online, but was only able to get a 15' truck, leaving me to need to get a trailer within the next day or two to finish my move.

The general manager started off with an attitude but was nice towards the end of the transaction. She also was on her phone looking at it or scrolling which I find to be rude because I was right there at her counter looking at her. It was not a horrible experience but I will not go back there the manager at the Hobart location is a lot more pleasant.

First I was sent to the wrong location for trailer pick- up,had to go another city to get it and then i was told drop off at same location next morning by 9am but at 7:10 am I was called and told I was supposed to drop the trailer off that same night but it was not a 24 hour drop site.Customer service was very rude from the office personnel to the equipment gentleman,I will not be back!
