I broke glass in my unit & was gonna clean it up the next time but somehow someone got in my unit & cleaned it up. I didn't appreciate someone in my unit & didn't even tell me let alone how they got into it.

VALERIE G | Overall ExperienceI'm a customer of two large units for years, units 118 and 283. Recently I initiated a unit move out of 283. The 283 unit had been overwhelmed by rodents, causing much damage. I'm now in unit relocation process, which should've not took as long as it did. I took pictures of the damage and rodent droppings, also I may be initiating a claim for conditions and damages.
