RICHARD PI picked up my U-Haul with 5/16 of a tank of gas. It said 80 miles. When I dropped it off it was just above 5/16 and was at 99 miles. I dropped it off after hours thinking they would be honest but I was charged 56$ for the fuel being “below a quarter tank” they told me I would have to argue it with the U-Haul traffic team but that seems pointless because it’s my word against there’s. Also, I don’t like arguing. But I will be leaving reviews so others no not to trust this place!
DANA PThe pick up experience was quick and easy. Our rental was ready to go, super clean, and drove well. The truck was well-equipped with ice-cold air conditioning, bluetooth capability, and well-maintained. It drove well and smooth. The staff was pleasant and expecting me. Great experience.
