The only problem we had was the other drop location when she called to confirm the day before was changed to a place that was under construction nowhere to leave the truck or drop keys so it took a lot of going back back-and-forth to try to get them to change it in the system and I was on my way to work. I did not want to be late for work so I would just definitely make sure going forward you guys give the right address of where you want someone to drop off because the address that the girl called me on the day before and changed it at the last minute was a construction site.

Why is U-Haul working with companies that have no understanding of the rental process? It doesn’t make sense. I’m sure it would have been fine if I’d gone to an actual U-Haul location but this rental took an HOUR.
THERESA CDrop off of truck was at an active shooting range and there was no one to assist in dropping the truck off. There were multiple people on the premises with guns and I felt unsafe.
PATRICIA AThe team at Caswells was not experienced with the UHaul process. The wait time to complete the transaction (which I had already made online) was about 40 minutes.
William BGirl at counter acted like she didn't know what uhaul was, then had to wait a long time for a guy who said he didn't really know what to do. Then truck didn't have furniture pads, so I had to go back in, wait again, only to be told to go to the location where I had actually made the reservation
