I picked up and returned truck after hours. They got a truck ready for me after another location failed to have a truck ready for pick up.

Very nice people and professional
MARK LThis bad rating is not for the location. The experience was bad because of the terrible U-Haul app. I will continue using uhaul in the future, but I will NEVER do the mobile pickup with the app ever again. The app is trash. It has so many bugs and glitches. It kicks you out several times and makes you restart, only to kick you out again, even for something as simple as rotating your phone orientation. The software wouldn't take my contact information, nor my 'verified relative' either. I called into the support line, and they couldn't even change it, and they were the support team! The entire pickup process took over an hour with the terrible app and all the problems, and spending time on the phone with "support" who couldn't even help me. Once I finally got through to the final page, it kicked me right out again before I could even read the pickup instructions. It was hard to eventually find again. If it wasn't for the terrible app, I'm sure it would have been a great easy way to pick up the truck and drop it off.
