They had just closed when I got there so I followed the instructions on self-return and all worked out well. Wasn't really sure about where to park it though as it wasn't marked at all that my daughter nor I could see.

DAVID V.I originally reserved a 10' truck. After driving to my destination to load I noticed there was no ramp. I had to drive back and rent a 15' truck because I needed a ramp to load some large items. While I do take some responsibility for not being aware, I think it would be helpful if it was more obvious that the 10' vehicles do not have ramps. It would have saved me some time and a bit of money.
