Check out did not go very smooth staff appeared overwhelmed . Truck had not been cleaned , when I brought this up there was no response . Check in went great returned truck 12 hours later . Staff was very friendly and helpful . James Taylor was very accommodating with my disability . He made a negative situation turn into a positive.

Well the lights on the back of the truck didn't work so at night it made it harder to move my furniture...and no commadation was made for that also the truck seemed as though it had mechanical problems...I was very disappointed in uhaul all together!

Cargo bay light was missing lightbulb, severely restricting my move time capabilities, the provided lock for the loading dock door was non-functioning as well, costing me an additional $11 in expenses out of my own pocket. When both of these were mentioned to the return agent outside when returning the truck, he verified and confirmed both of these issues, but made no attempt to rectify/compensate for the lost time/additional expenses on my part. Otherwise, customer service experience/attitude with all associates were pleasant and personable. The truck also had some of the running lights on the rear upper left side of the truck that were out as well.

I was upset for being charged $25 cleaning fee for ALOT of glass left in the truck..true enough a table broke but it was late when I returned uhaul and I cleaned the truck the best I could but I couldn't move the attached dolly to get the little glass left under there so they charged me $25 which I felt was ridiculous!.I also have pictures to show that charge was overrated!

Make sure that the employees do a walk around the truck before they let you leave with it because the one I rented all I was told was to check the millage and to make sure that the gas tank was full I did all this and I even got the insurance on the truck and I was told that I would not be changed on my credit card that I could pay in cash when I returned the truck I did everything I was told then the next morning I called to find out how much I was going to have to pay and I was informed by the manager of that location that she was charging me for damage to the rear bumper and I had to pay 150. Plus the 129.40 for the rental I asked her to talk to her supervisor and she said she was the only one who I could talk to I told her that no one did a walk around before I left with the truck and I never even towed any thing with the truck I just ran errands and put 47 miles on it and was under the aloud milage she had her mind made up that I damaged it and would not listen to anything I had to say. I was taken advantage of by her they also put a hold on my credit card so I can't use it this can't be legal.

We were not told where to put the keys for overnight drop off, so we left them in the truck with the door locked. We then got a call saying they were going to charge us for dropping the truck off late when in reality we dropped it off 5 hours early.
