Improve upon the Safety level to your visitors. Case in point: aproaching your premises from the facing busy road is, basically, supported by a Red Coat of paint at the curb in the front road; Standard Road Postings Signs might assist in preventing accidents at that approaching point, from fast & heavy road traffic.

I had rented a 23 foot truck from Home Depot 9 days prior yo my move on 6-17-17. At 6:45 am on my move day. Home Depot called to tell me they didn't have ANY trucks. I called Penske. They could have cared less. I called UHAUL in Mesquite where I recently had bought boxes. Angel hooked me up with the only truck they had a 17footer. Raymond checked me out on pick up. He too was very professional. Anger had outstanding customer service!!!!! Same for Raye whom I returned the truck to. Thank you so much!!!!!

Drove by one uhaul and away from another closer one to get this trailer. Everyone was courteous but wish I'd not had to drive so far with multiple closer locations.

I would give 5 stars if the employee would've greeted me upon arrival and handled each customer in a timely manner. He had a very nonchalant attitude and demeanor.

Very quick, personnel seemed to have a system down for check in that really worked. Dropped off and left location in less than 15 minutes. A pleasant surprise after the whole reservation nightmare.

The service was excellent.. The only problem I had was the inside pocket was full of dog hair which you could see and smell, at which i suffer with pet allergies which had me real sick during the travel

Better trucks. The one I was in felt like it was going to brake down at any moment.

I have used this location about 6 times over the past 3 years and have always been pleased with service and equipment.

Even though the cargo van was almost brand new, it reeked of cigarette smoke so badly that I had to drive with the windows down. Smoking should nit be allowed in rented vehicles.

Check in was VERY slow. Need to have self check in for customers with previous reservations vs customers that just walked in. Major bank card vs local bank card??? Saw one customer wait 30+ minutes to be waited on only to be told they couldn't rent equipment due to their bank card was not a "Major Bank". Ie: Bank of America vs a local credit union. Really??? Penalizing a customer for where they bank? What kinda of customer service is that? Business is business. Drop off was great! Checked out via an app and was gone. No waiting in line. One improvement would be to have the option of emailing the receipt...had to take a paper receipt or no receipt.

I booked for 2 hrs starting at 7:00AM, it was raining and nasty out so I didn't pick up the van until about 7:30AM, the rep when checking me out made a statement that the van needed to be back by 9:00AM, I stated 2 hrs from my pick up. When I returned at 9:30AM he made a comment of Do u have something to do for 2 days cause I cost him a 2 day rental since he needed the van at 9:00AM! Umm NOPE! Why would u book something so close together? And he told me he was going to charge me for 2 days! Just rude and unprofessional! Never will I rent from here again!

The store and it's employees were fine. It's the location. Not the fault of U-Haul but the location is on a frontage road that only has a one-way street for access. In other words, if one is on the main road (HWY80) heading westbound (U-Haul is on the northside) there is no way to easily get to the store. One has to take a very roundabout route to get to the store that you just saw and passed. Very difficult to get to the store because of it's location.

Customer service lacking from the GM/Owner Ray (Johnson?) Professional appearance: Bad and unprofessional appearance as management. Ungroomed, and dirty clothing. Although he performed much of the field work, his other outdoor employees maintained better appearance; thus making the customer service request worse. Customer service experience: 1. Owner/GM, as he so proudly displays, is rude and abrupt. Impolitely told me to "get back in my vehicle." (Like a police officer giving a command to a suspect) when I sought out assistance and instruction when returning equipment because nothing was posted and the other employee just shrugged and pointed me in his direction. 2. I originally rented this trailer for a non-profit project with Texas Ramps. My company and I were piloting a one month project with 26 consecutive days of ramp building. I decided a rental trailer would be a good way to test our material delivery ability as we have to supply our own material across the metroplex. Because I had such good experience in the past with other facilities, UHAUL was my first choice (I now regret it and will be changing my opinion). My manager agreed that a trailer was our best option and drove out to mesquite from Dallas to speak with the owner/operator to see if we could partner and rent a trailer at a monthly rate. The GM, Ray, as he proudly displays, was short, abrupt, rude and said "uhaul corporate may do charity work; but I don't. You'll get it for a daily rate. I don't have a budget for this." The position was understandable, the GMs personality; not. 3. We experienced heavy rains and flash floods during the last few hours of our trailer rental making near impossible to unload and return. I proactively called in and informed the front clerk that it appeared I would be late to return equipment. Without hesitation she billed me for another days rental. Although normally I would understand this position and would not have had a problem paying for another day; management attitude and the whole customer service experience left me sour and bitter for giving this independently operated facility another cent of my money. I did not want to be "General Manager/Owner Ray" another cent to help his lack of a budget. 4. General demeanor: GM/Owner Ray, as he so proudly displays, has a lack of empathy, understanding but worstly, delivery information to the customer. In all three situations above, we could have not gotten what we were speaking but left his facility without any issues or concerns had they all been handled in a professional and couteous manner. People like to be spoken to like normal professional people. Not "thank you for your money please leave," as that was the vibe we got. We received no "help/assistance" from this big shot owner. Gives this place a horrible reputation and reflects badly on UHAUL as a national cooperation. I find it difficult to want to use UHAUL again regardless of the location simply because I can go somewher
