1. I was redirected to a far away location which was not the one I originally requested on my online reservation. The availability of the truck was also delayed. From 11:00 am ( requested time on my online reservation) to 12:45 pm actual available time. 2. The truck was dirty and had a very unpleasant odor as if someone had urinated inside the cabin. I notified the agent about the issue. 3. I had originally reserved moving equipment (utility dolly) through my online reservation. Upon finalizing the paperwork at location 3000 NW 79 Ave, Miami FL, 33122, the agent notified me that she didn't have access to equipment and unfortunately I would not be able to take the utility dolly with me. 4. Upon receiving my invoice, charges of the utility dolly were reflected in it. After several inconveniences such as location changes, reservation pick up changes, dirty, fetid equipment, inaccessibility to equipment (utility dolly) - accompanied by strain and burdensome labor- my Uhaul experience got even more ridiculous when they overcharged my account and was only able to resolve the issues after several calls to customer service and 3000 NW 79 Ave, Miami FL, 33122 location.

The lady was awesome this is the second time i rent a truck in this location, not like the store at 112th av close to the 25th street we had a 17 feet truck already with this men and at 4pm when we arrived he charged to the credit car 50 miles as minimum, 100 dollars as deposit, 14 more the insurance and the truck rate . Reason i called to get anither truck available and was this one 15 feet and the guy in other uhaul dealer helped me to get this one

Woman was not in the office when I arrived. Would be common sense to leave a note on the door saying I will be back in 15 minutes or I will be back at 10:15 instead of customers going into panic stage on Christmas eve. Everything else was ok she got us in and out even if she was not feeling so great.
