YOHER VWhen I arrived they did not have my reserved 15 foot truck and I had to settle for a ten foot truck which caused us to have to take two trips instead of one, the cost for the movers cost me an additional $200. In addition to this I was charged excessive money for gas, the rep from Uhaul called gave me the refund for the rental but not the gas, felt like he was haggling with me without any consideration that this cost me an additional $200. Horrible experience and overall customer service from the branch and corporate
