I am very disappointed with U-Haul. They don’t charge tolls right away, and then I find extra charges on my card without any receipt or proof. It is frustrating and unfair to be billed for things I already paid or that are not explained. This is not a transparent way to treat customers.
CARLOS MStaff was great and helpful, truck was easy and useful.
Raymond DI paid for a load trolley and there were nothing in the truck to assist me with the move.
