Customer service is poor, the location is not an actual uhaul place but a phone fixing shop. the guy was unprofessional and the location seems dangerous. however the truck was clean and full tank which is nice. overall definitely need to improve on customer service and be way more efficient. the process of getting a truck from them took around 15 mins which is supposed to be max 5
