U-Haul should require the person in charge physically present at Heat Wireless instead of his trying to handle things remotely over a cell phone with below average reception.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkDropped it off to the man working at 1:45 pm on a Monday. He had 4 customers in the store so he took the key and told me he would sign me in as the return at 1:45 pm. Instead, he signed me back in at 11 am on that Wed and I was charged for 2 additonal days I didn't even use. In fact, I returned the truck a day early!!! Horrible location to find and park and horrible service. If I was UHaul I would get rid of them, they tainted my opinion of the process and your company. Having subcontractors like that is a poor reflection on UHaul.
