VICENTE PU-Haul has been harassing me and my emergency contact regarding a return I did on Friday at 4:00. Wasn’t until Wednesday afternoon of the following week that they processed it
MANUEL FI was charged for an additional day even though the rental truck was returned two days earlier than the rental contract term. Attendant at return location took truck key but refused to provide receipt. U-Haul phone customer service promised a text and email confirmations which were not received until couple weeks later with notice that I was being charged for an additional day of truck rental. This is a scam-like return arrangement. I wouldn’t recommend U-Haul!
