The facility was very small, the lot was not cleaned off of the snow to park the unit. But they helped detach the trailer into the snowed lot. Process was quick after the drop off.

Manager was rude left me a nasty voicemail, no drop off key box there at all. Too Small parking lot name of gas station is not Carrol fuel some other place. Needed help dropping it off doors locked lights on in building but no one there for help.
