We picked up the vehicle on Monday, December 29th just after 8am. The person helping us was very knowledgeable and efficient. They were helping us as well as assisting customers who came into the store to pay for items as well as gas. They made us feel like we were always being helped, while multi-tasking. They were extremely helpful and had a great attitude. They gave us one of the best experiences I've had in retail in a very long time. Congratulations on having a fabulous employee!!

People working the counter did not have access to the keys nor did they have knowledge on how to work the U-Haul system. We spent 45 minutes on the phone with U-Haul trying to pick up our rental.

MONIQUE ATruck had a leak in the gas tank. Lost at least an eighth to a quarter tank of full when parked overnight! It was totally gutless.
