When I returned my uhaul the young employee said he would go out and check it. I left. The next day I got a notification that my uhaul was overdue and needed to be returned. I called the location and asked them to please check it in and let uhaul know it had been returned on time. He said that's not his job. I called uhaul and the rep said the location was closed so call back Monday. I said I was just on the phone with the said location. She basically said yes they are closed. I insisted she call them herself and she finally agreed. After a hold she informed that it was being looked after. I said can you promise me I won't be charged extra she said no you won't no worries. Guess what? I've been overcharged. Does uhaul care? I doubt it. Prove me wrong! Cause there's lots of other places to rent a cargo van. 🙂

I believe the peille trying to do the dispatch for our rental, really tried to assist us. Unfortunately it not a great experience. After being called the day before and told there was no trucks at out choice of pickup location. We then had to go to a different location, at this point we understand things do happen. We are traveling 4.5 hours to get this truck , so we needed to know it was where we are being sent. When we arrived , we were greated very politely, once we found them, unfortunately the text sent with information had an address , not thr name of the convenience store it was located in , it was also part of a strip mall, so no sign saying (unit 1 ) , also the phone number listed was only (902)...... thats it. Once we started the process , the staff seemed to be slightly confused on the process. Then we were informed they only had 9 moving blankets, not the 12 we had requested. It took 30 minutes and a few calls to Uhaul and me speaking with the representative on the phone to get a solution. Please not telling a customer "You can go to a different location to get the blankets needed" , is not an option to give people . It took another 10 minutes to dispatch as they were not able to dispatch us . I do believe the representatives there tried all they could to assist us, as I said earlier.

RAYMOND BThe rear of the truck was left backed into a snow bank, this resulted in some extensive cleaning to remove as it was ice and covered the license plate and left rear tail lights. There also should be a snow scraper left in the vehicle to remove ice from the windshield as there was ice covering the wipers.
Troy DWe picked up the vehicle on Monday, December 29th just after 8am. The person helping us was very knowledgeable and efficient. They were helping us as well as assisting customers who came into the store to pay for items as well as gas. They made us feel like we were always being helped, while multi-tasking. They were extremely helpful and had a great attitude. They gave us one of the best experiences I've had in retail in a very long time. Congratulations on having a fabulous employee!!
