U-Haul customer service was awful. I reserved on line and everything was confirmed. The day before my pick up they call to tell me that my reservation could not be accommodated. They were rude not helpful. I would never recommend anyone to U-Haul. Your 24 hr customer service was rude, unprofessional, disrespectful.
