When I returned the vehicle, I wanted someone to check in the rental while I was there, they were too busy and I was told a receipt would be sent to my email by 5pm.This was a little upsetting since I'd have to wait for my card to be charged and hope no one made a mistake. The next day, a full 24 hours later I received an email receipt. This was handled very poorly and I will not recommend this location.

KWADWO YWhile the location was great. The trucks, not only at this location, but in others could use an upgrade. That notwithstanding the truck was ok except for the windshield which was dirty from the inside. The service was great and it was easy to get in and out. Will definitely use them again which maybe sooner than expected.
Cleveland GThere was a huge bee in the truck. Thankfully we weren’t stung and aren’t allergic to bees but it could have been tragic for someone who is.
