Customer service was great, Colby did a great job explaining our options and both him and the other employee were extremely helpful and flexible with our plans, glad I chose to rent here because some other local U-Haul’s are NOT as easy to work with!

Staff friendly and helpful.
Paul WI requested a dolly, none was provided and I was charged for it. The gas cap was broken . There was only a half a tank of fuel, so before we made our trip we had to go to the gas station to fill up. When you rent a car it is always full and you return it full. Why aren't we doing this with UHaul?
JUSTIN DOnly one problem: the air conditioner was not working. I did ask for a discount.
