The computer system was super slow so it took us about 30 minutes to check in and get keys. Not the fault of the location necessarily, but we already had to go 30 minutes out of our way to pick it up because the location we reserved did not have what we needed so it put us an hour behind schedule.

Kevin KMy pickup location and truck size was completely changed at 4 PM the day before my scheduled move. I had less then 20 hrs notice and had to completely change my plans with everything, including the size of the truck as well has the people helping me. I had to locate a privately owned pickup truck to assist. Luckily, at the last minute, the smaller truck was able to be picked up and dropped off at the original location, but that was only a partial fix. I made my reservations with U-Haul more than a month prior to my pickup date and that was a waste of time. I will not be using U-Haul in the future and will definitely be telling my family and friends about this ridiculous experience. Tim Z.
