JEFFREY SKeep promised pickup location. While I understand the nature of the business with equipment constantly being moved, if was a bit bothersome to go farther away to get trailer. But my overall experience was a good one.
THOMAS SI was very unhappy, I call night before & talked to a woman about next day rental. She quoted me $19.95 for the truck rental plus $1.09 per mile. When we picked up there was a $39.90 rental rate, she had never mention. We had to take truck since we had to pick up furniture. We only had truck for 4 hours. Very deceiving.
