Trailer was frozen in the ice and lot was very slippery.the wiring for lights was broken and I had to repair them before I left the lot

Both people I dealt with on pi ck up and drop off were very helpful
Caroline hThe tires on the truck were almost bald. They were slipping on flat level pavement. Winter tires or at least a good truck tire are definitely needed.
