Ensure lot is cleared of snow/slush prior to pick up time
Monique PThe trailer was buried in snow. No attempts to clean. He gave us a plastic shovel asked us to do it. Ourselves. There was other vehicles barked beside And in a spot which made it difficult to remove the trailer. No attempt to help in getting the other vehicles moved

RUSS LBooked a larger trailer but was not able to move due to snow, had to rent a smaller trailer for 2 days instead.
