The clerk is lazy and rude Tried to get me to do his job for him when I returned the truck and was trying not to take the keys back because he didnt want to come outside. Even another customer commented on it to me when we got outside the store. Poor customer service and really embarrassing display of laziness for that individual

Booking online caused me issues truck given way to big and then the after hours pick up wasn't good not ready ontime and then we had to bring it back early and go rent another one a day later due continuing issue

Make sure your trailers are in good working order. First trailer had a flat tire, second trailer, the brake light and signal didn't work. Third trailer worked.

The quote I was given was $100 to rent a uhaul for 3hrs and was charged almost $300. They ran the credit card twice, when I asked about it they all played dumb with me and told me to contact uhaul in America. Absolutely a scam, fuck uhaul I will never use you guys again, an absolute scam. I'm actually now in process of making a YouTube video proving this is all one scam. Unbelievable how you treat paying customers

The truck was not in the greatest condition mechanically. The back gate for the cube was a disaster. We had trouble sliding it up and down. Took 3 of us to get it closed. Just think a little more monthly maintenance could be done on the vehicles.

There was no uhaul representative, just the gas station attendant who took our paperwork and said all good, I'll tell the other guy it is here. No one offered to help us unhitch the trailer, show us where to park it, or even truly confirm we did drop it off. Thankfully your online return process allowed me to take pictures of the trailer and where we parked it, so that should be sufficient evidence we brought it back as expected.

The phone number that I was instructed to call when dropping off trailer only allowed me to leave a voice message. I left a detailed message and took a picture of trailer un-hooked at the lot.

There was only one employee working in a busy gas bar and also doing U-Haul check in and out. He was very busy and the wait times were long for pick up and drop off. Other than that everything was great.

Not the first time I've rented from this location and definitely not the last either. Top notch service. Any of the men I've dealt with at the counter were extremely courteous and professional. Just the way we like it.

Trailer was frozen in the ice and lot was very slippery.the wiring for lights was broken and I had to repair them before I left the lot

The tires on the truck were almost bald. They were slipping on flat level pavement. Winter tires or at least a good truck tire are definitely needed.

The trailer was buried in snow. No attempts to clean. He gave us a plastic shovel asked us to do it. Ourselves. There was other vehicles barked beside And in a spot which made it difficult to remove the trailer. No attempt to help in getting the other vehicles moved

We are extremely disappointed with the state we found the truck in. It was covered in 2 feet of snow and took an hour for us to dig out which cut into our reservation time. Although the employees at Ultramar, where kind and offered us a $20 discount we do not feel that this is sufficient for the experience we had. We would like to request a full refund for the day.

Staff was very accommodating when, what I had reserved a Trailor the renter before me called and said he would late to return. The staff supplied a large alternative at the same price. I appreciated what they had done. Made arrangements that I did not have to return it back at the pick up location. I could drop it off at another location 70 Miles away at no extra cost. The first trailer I was told to use was covered in snow which was not an issue but the lights didn’t work and the plug was really badly corroded and I couldn’t use that trailer. I was told by the attendant to take it like it was and fix the wires and he wouldn’t charge me for the use of the trailer. I refused to take that trailer and then he said I could take another one.

The only issue I had was it took an hour for the return which is ridiculous. The employee was trying to run the store side of things as well as the returns. Several times a lottery player pushed to the front to cash in and purchase more tickets. I didn't mind that once or twice but he did it appropriately 6 times leaving me to wait even longer. Poorly set up to run two businesses at one location and only one employee.

Truck has garbage inside the doors. Check engine light is on. Low tire pressure. Left passenger side made crazy noise like a bearing needs replaced. Truck stunk in the cabin.

Location staff: Very Knowledgeable and Helpful Completeness of rental equipment: Found rental of a 12' trailer awkward without tongue jack included. Hmmm. I'd suggest any trailer should incl tongue jack to prevent injury to renter -- lifting or controlling weight of trailer when dis/connecting trailer from tow vehicle.
