The store did not smell clean. I don’t mind that the staff didn’t speak English, but the lack of common sense was concerning. They called someone who spoke English — he wasn’t rude, but not friendly either. He took a personal phone call in the middle of helping me and stopped the rental process entirely. I won’t be returning.
