It would have been beneficial to have someone that could communicate with us. It would have been helpful if the person working was able to communicate in English as well as her native language. She was nice but it was more complicated than it needed to be. Also would have been helpful if we had know what to do when returning the truck, I called the 800# and was on hold for over 20 minuets, the representative who did finally answer was very helpful

Staff extremely rude

They called someone who spoke English — he wasn’t rude, but not friendly either. He took a personal phone call in the middle of helping me and stopped the rental process entirely. I won’t be returning.
