They did not have all the supplies I had ordered. No blankets or wraps. Truck had some body damage and was not well maintained.
Ronald HHi would not recommend nobody and anyone that rent from this location or this manager please take photos of everything, because my husband rent the smallest truck only had 2 trips to make went 10-12 miles and we got ripped of for $350 plus. They said we went 100 miles. Not true only move a bedroom suit and a couch set. The lady never came out and checked the mileage she lied and said she did. Didn’t know they checking the trucks and my husband didn’t no to take a picture which I don’t either the employee had always came out and checked the trucks when I have rented them. He just told me he would not give my money back because that’s what the truck read. So I got charged for the person that use the truck before me, the lady made a mistake on the ticket because he was waiting on the truck to come back and we got it as soon as they returned it. So I am in the process of taking him to court to get my money back they just took. The manager was an asshole and didn’t try to check to see what happen or nothing just took my money so beware of that. They will take your money. I am filing on them I work for my money and I don’t appreciate it being taken like that. See you’ll in court.
WILLIE HIt would have been beneficial to have someone that could communicate with us. It would have been helpful if the person working was able to communicate in English as well as her native language. She was nice but it was more complicated than it needed to be. Also would have been helpful if we had know what to do when returning the truck, I called the 800# and was on hold for over 20 minuets, the representative who did finally answer was very helpful

JOAN MThe store did not smell clean. I don’t mind that the staff didn’t speak English, but the lack of common sense was concerning. They called someone who spoke English — he wasn’t rude, but not friendly either. He took a personal phone call in the middle of helping me and stopped the rental process entirely. I won’t be returning.
