No one speaks English, unbelievable this is the United States of America. Even the phone message is Spanish, had to drive 30 minutes each way just to find out they were closed. It took three trips to get the U-Haul returned. I’m sorry to be like this but you need to know. Not saying the staff at the drop off location were not capable just the communication barriers were not easy to work through.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkPrepare for multitude of charges regardless of condition when returned. If you use app to return it your info is sold, chances of drop off location being open is slim so they will find way to charge you. Other than that truck was working order and equipment was fine...the corporate end is scammy.
rowel lI don't speak Spanish and the person working there didn't speak english. very hard to communicate. I wanted to talk about milage charge but she didn't understand. I tried calling and answering message was in Spanish. I am American and speak English. I have rented from U-Haul before but this was the worse experience I have ever had. Very displeased with service charges. I returned the truck a day earlier and still was charged full charges along with Mileage. I put more gas in the truck than when I received it. The place I returned it to, if the wasn't a U-Haul truck sitting out front I wouldn't of known it was the place.
