I don't speak Spanish and the person working there didn't speak english. very hard to communicate. I wanted to talk about milage charge but she didn't understand. I tried calling and answering message was in Spanish. I am American and speak English. I have rented from U-Haul before but this was the worse experience I have ever had. Very displeased with service charges. I returned the truck a day earlier and still was charged full charges along with Mileage. I put more gas in the truck than when I received it. The place I returned it to, if the wasn't a U-Haul truck sitting out front I wouldn't of known it was the place.
