It smelled and I was charged the truck fee twice. The location told me to complain to uhaul.

Awesome job and fast service
tony rThe girl behind the desk didn’t speak English had to FaceTime on the phone with somebody to figure out how to rent the equipment out, and then I ended up having to hook the equipment up myself because she had no product knowledge of how to even hook the trailer up. My overall experience with that location was not a good one.
