The after hours process is more than I bargain for. In the future, if I can get there during business hours, I'd do that instead. During the check in process the doors locked, apparently because of the key being in the ignition. Nobody told me that would happen. $200 before I even got out of the parking lot.

Kenneth GAbsolute shit show, tried to get the trailer at the Wall Street location and that was a no go of course, second time trying to get something There and that was a no go as well. Got called and switched to the greenwood location which was a nice place but 20min away from me, the. Drop off was supposed to be Wall Street location, dropped it off and then got a call that it was the wrong location!!! Got charge double!!!!! That shouldn’t have changed!! Will never rent from you fucks again!! Just went and bought a car trailer on Monday!! Get the fucking Wall Street location sorted out!!! U-Haul has got the last penny from me they will ever get and I’ll loan my trailer to ppl for free to prevent them from getting shit from U-Haul! Go Fuck Yourself U-Haul
