Absolute shit show, tried to get the trailer at the Wall Street location and that was a no go of course, second time trying to get something There and that was a no go as well. Got called and switched to the greenwood location which was a nice place but 20min away from me, the. Drop off was supposed to be Wall Street location, dropped it off and then got a call that it was the wrong location!!! Got charge double!!!!! That shouldn’t have changed!! Will never rent from you fucks again!! Just went and bought a car trailer on Monday!! Get the fucking Wall Street location sorted out!!! U-Haul has got the last penny from me they will ever get and I’ll loan my trailer to ppl for free to prevent them from getting shit from U-Haul! Go Fuck Yourself U-Haul
