Car-N-Go was fantastic. U-haul, however was terrible. Their system is lousy, so when you reserve equipment they don’t keep an inventory of what they have at each location. It allows you to think you will have dolly’s, pads even when they won’t be available. Also, someone at U- haul changed my appointment the evening of my move from a mobile pick up to in store. I got to the location at 0900 to get my truck, but couldn't pick up mobile, having to wait an hour until the store opened. Car-N-Go was able to find equipment for me, or I would not have been able to accomplish my move. Would do business with Car-N-Go again, but never again will I use U-Haul

Clean location
Joseph RThe gentleman who helped me was absolutely wonderful! The truck was another story. The seat would not move up and the employee had to work at it quite some time to get it moved. Two dashboard lights never went off. The driver's seat was torn up. I think it's time to retire that truck! It drove fine though.
Jennifer JMake shore charge the right customer the right mileage on return I was over charged for mileage over 30 miles and once corrected got charged twice and was told I had to wait 7 business days to get a refund and was charged again for another amount that I have no clue is pr-eauthorized on my banking account my money was taken instantly and now I have to call and waste time trying to fix this.
