I had called the national number to reserve the truck, and I also wanted a hard cart. I was told the location had one, but when I picked up the truck, they didn't have one available. So, I had to go and rent one from Home Depot for more than what U-Haul was going to charge. That is the only negative thing I have, the rep was so helpful when I was checking out and when I called Monday with a question. Will rent from this location again.
