Greetings, I hope that someone really read these comments. I picked up the truck/van on Saturday late afternoon. The mileage on the paperwork stated 972.3 low and behold when I git in the van it stated 989.5 I mentioned it to the young lady. They denied it was that now I look at my account today they have double charged me $85.83 time on my account. Who is responsible for all these mishaps.... As a company that has been around for a long time such as your company has there should be better working ethnics and systems in place. I am a very disappointed customer... please and thank you...

Mark MPawn arrival I tried to complete all my verifications online with the u-haul app. Was unable to complete it I had to call customer service three times it took two and a half hours to complete it. The lock box was on the ground and broken. Locks or rusty. My moving help had to wait for 2 hours for this to be completed. I was paying my moving help by the hour and I feel like I should be compensated for all this trouble
