The check-in process was uncomfortable and felt intrusive. I was told to scan the QR code on the screen and was prompted to walk through the process. The questions seemed like the employee should have been answering them, not me. I was then instructed to go outside with her and check the mileage and take pictures. I rent U-Hauls all the time and this has never been the process. I usually just drop off the keys. After I had gotten to the photo portion, the employee grabbed my phone out of my hands and proceeded to use it to complete the process. Well, that's never happened while renting a U-Haul. The whole process just felt chunky and odd. By the time of the phone snatching, I just felt like I was being punked.

Jenny SHe cheated me with the miles, I only drove ~ 19 miles but he charged me with 38Miles, this is insane. Here is what I drove From this place to Costco Wholesale, 24008 Woodinville - Snohomish Rd, Woodinville, WA 98072 then home which is also on the way back on the same road then gave back this location. I would want to get refund for my 19 miles. I am sure there are cameras everywhere on the road to prove this drive for the uhual .
