The gentleman at the facility helped me go through the online rental site. I’m older and not use to navigating the internet so his help was vital. The panel truck was brand new and very fuel efficient. It was also immaculate inside

No places to park the truck, they were doing construction in the parking lot , there was not assigned uhaul parking
Brian RMay have been problem with app however on site person could not help finish check in process. We call someone else and then resolved the issue. Return went smoothly
Michael YI had never rented a uhaul before. He wasn't able to give me much help. Language may have been a slight barrier. I had to call the 800 number on the torn paper on his counter. I dropped it off the next day after pick up and the uhaul site is terrible for drop off and days later, I'm still getting messages that the contract has not been closed. Very frustrating.
