The person at the Shell gas station counter was rude and unprofessional. He told me I had to do the return on an App - which eventually I was able to do but my phone battery was very low and he would not let me charge it.. a few minutes later another worker told me he would do the return and I would be billed… I should not be billed as I spent $30 in gas and should be receiving a credit instead.

Gas tank was below empty. Lucky for me the truck was picked up at a gas station. Front tire was low on air. The process of picking up the truck took long.
ROBERT BWhen i returned the Truck there wasn’t a dedicated location to park it, i asked the attendant only to be met with attitude and dismissive behavior, I articulated that this is my first time here I’ve never dropped it off i wanted to make sure I put it in the correct location especially because the drop off location was a gas station. i didn’t want to block customers. The attended wasn’t helpful, horrible communication and poor attitude.
SERGIO BApp wouldn’t let me get the uhaul because the store was not open yet, but it was open. And on the return the app was down. Luckily the uhaul customer service was decent
