The 6 x 12 trailer ended up jack-knifing due to failure of its brake system causing it to crash into our right real quarter panel with much damage.
David GThe reservation center should not lie to their customers and the rental trucks need to be able to pull the load that is expected based upon the rental. Our truck was only 75% full, no appliances and only a couple of pieces of furniture yet it still was under powered even in tow mode with the accelerator on the floorboard.
Jonathon TDo not lie to your customers about return dates, do not rent trucks that can’t handle the load they are asked to pull when renting vehicles.
