AUGUSTUS JUhaul changed my location and pick u time from 8am to 9am the night before my move without prior notice. I chatted with you that evening and was honored a $50 discount for the inconvenience. However upon picking up trck at the new location staff member said she could kot give me the discount. In addition I ordered supplies that were not available at new location but was still charged to my credit card! Very bad business, shame on you for not honoring the discount and not following through.
