Great price, good people ..
DARREN LThis was the third location U-Haul sent me to. The first one never had my equipment and according to the system I was notified that it would be in another location. Upon hearing this I was told there was nothing closer than 40 min drive away. As if that wasn’t enough upon arriving at the second location they are closed on Sundays and Mondays. Why would the system send someone to a place that was closed. Of course I wasn’t allowed to hook up the rental trailer by myself because no one is able to check it out. That seems suspicious considering it’s uhauls system that sent me there and now they can’t check it out. I was placed on hold twice (both time I was hung up or “disconnected”) after 1.5 hours I was sent to another location 30 minutes away in which they had the equipment. All told my 8:30 pickup in one location resulted in not completing the pickup until 2:00 and over 100 miles driven to get and return home. This is unacceptable and I truly hope that some cross checks come through.
Christopher SAgent was friendly, but inexperienced as he did not cross the safety chains, couldn't locate our car’s light plug, (we left to go home and found it intact under the bumper but took up time). Also left a lot sand in the end of the hitch. The rest of the trip was fine and the drop off was fine.
Franklin HI aways use this location because if their excellent service. Highly recommend.
