1. fix the app bugs: - can't upload photos - freeze on options: cannot change some options - don't charge "optional security fee" manually - make flexible time & milage available: if customer expected and put extra hours, but they have done in shorter time - do refund of not used time (especially if it's 50% & more)

Michael HSuggest that at initial pick up, the associates touch on high points of the contract so there are no surprises. Like: 1. Refilling the gas BEFORE dropping off. 2. How many miles the contract is for. 3. How to adjust rear view mirrors. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable experience.
