If I had someone listen to me for a good 15 minutes, I would be able to express how terrible my experience was with this location. Each and every interaction with an employee was terrible, and I am way too annoyed to bother typing out all of the details. I will never use Uhaul ever again if there is a alternative choice in the area.

Only one cashier for 30+ customers. Staff on their personal phone all the time and no clear instructions given. Mistakes made with the truck rental and storage units. Storage area is disgusting. Link did not work at the time off dropping off the truck. Not happy at all!

Management needs to provide enough staff to handle a busy Sunday morning. I arrived at 10:30am on Sunday, August 2nd for an 11am pickup and drove out of the parking lot after 12:30pm. In other words, I stood in line, along with a lot of other people for 2 hours. There were only 2 customer service people there and anyway from 15-20 people in line at any given time

The u-haul automated app and video had me park ON THE LOT. So I squeeze between a parked trailer and a line of empty trucks in the “equipment return line” to enter the lot. Then the process has me taking pictures “standing outside the drivers door” of the cab and then the cargo area...so I'm standing in pouring rain taking pictures to satisfy that part of the drop-off process. A heads up from the location like “we have a nice drive-thru garage for the drop off process” might have helped.

This location is close to my daughter home and very convenient for me as a drop-off location. There was a back up when I went to drop off the trailer as they had lots of customers ready to start the rental process. The nice young lady that I worked with did a little multitasking to enable me to complete the drop off process. Again, great staff and very friendly and helpful.

I made it back to the location with about fifteen minutes to spare but was made to wait over a half hour to return the vehicle and then was charged for a second rental period because of it. Not good at all.

They have to have more people taking care of customers not everyone on lunch at the same time. I had to say hello for someone to come out from the back we you can hear the staff talking and laughing and no one in front

Go a storage with my truck was lock out for hours of my storage was assigned to 2 different and my pin didn't work had to call the after hour guy it took him 10 mins on the phone for me to keep checking and the door wouldn't open in building e but building D was wide open for anyone to enter had to wait for him 25mins to come and use his code and pay my movers extra for there time because of all the bull crap

The van I had had both the oil change light on as well as the tire pressure light. The promotion sign was still on the window. I wasn't able to sign a contract and that was very fustrating. I did not like the way I was "checked in" when I returned. Way too expensive for the mileage. Next time I will try Enterprise.

I had a auto transport and was told when dropping it off that we had to disconnect the trailer from the van to park it, I ended up having to park it in a different area from the original spot due to the tightness of the original area. Instructions were good and I liked the lady who helped me out just a little difficult and confusing during after hours drop off.

Our first experience checking out the truck was smoorh, efficient and excellent. Thadeo (? on spelling) was absolutely fantastic! Extremely polite, highly-efficient, and very professional. He should be commended for his outstanding service! And I believe Shannon is the one that checked us in. She had questions and was very quick to get the answers and make it a smooth Return of the truck. Overall, we had a superb experience. Excellent customer service!

The app did not allow pics to be added when I saw additional damage inside/outside the truck. Took my own picks, and explained/showed not working to employee inside. Took longer than expected to pick truck up using the app.

Overall the employees were great. However, my hookup required an extended cable for the lights to connect to my car and they could not find one. Please ensure your locations have what they need to be successful.

Both teams hired off of Moving Help were extremely late. The second team were also exhausted from a previous job and did not want to work. This caused our return to be late. The uhauls AC and transmission were broken which made the drive extremely hard. Overall a very stressful and poor experience.

The representative that assisted me for my truck rental was extremely pleasant and helpful. She explained how check in/out worked and answered questions about my storage. I made a mistake on the after hour return process which caused me to be charged a cleaning fee and she explained why and then removed it. It was my error I selected a wrong option during the check in process. Every time I come into this location I have a pleasant experience and all the employees are always helpful.
