There were pads just thrown around in the cab of van. I did not order them so from previous customer which means it wasn't checked upon return. Then the van gets stuck 3x!!! Once exiting their parking lot!!! They didn't tell us cargo vans don't drive well in snow or I would have gotten a box truck. Then be it was stuck spool many times even roadside had problems driving it I wasn't able to get it back to its original locatio due to fear of getting stuck yet again that I dropped off at the closest location on a busy road (as those roads get plowed better) but am charged extra for that!? Never renting from Uhaul again!

I used this U-haul location in September and was not happy at all. I called to make a complaint and no one ever called me back. Against my better judgment I gave them a second chance in January. They were unprofessional, unorganized and charged me for 37 miles when I drove a total of MAYBE 8 miles in our neighborhood. I will never use this location again.

The two employees that assisted me were wonderful. Unfortunately I can't remember their names right now, but truly would like to make sure if possible to look up by management that they get special praise for being truly a pleasure to rent a truck from. I know the employee was a female at the counter with glasses. And the gentleman that I called on the phone to help settle an issue with drop off was extremely helpful and kind, also followed up with me to make sure everything was taken care. These two truly know how to provide wonderful customer service.

My experience with both employees I had the pleasure of dealing with was absolutely phenomenal. They were super helpful, personable, and understanding. Moving can be a stressful time, but with the help of those two people, my uhaul experience was flawless. I never got either of their names, I wish I would have so I could make sure they get the credit they deserve. Thank you again for all your help!

It took the lady a hour and the help of another lady to put the trailer on my truck and then when I got home it wasn’t even tightened all the way we would have helped her but the lady had a attitude because she some how got two trailers stuck together an Put them on my truck the first time and when I told her she just walked away and went out a different door and walked to my truck and left me standing there not knowing what I was supposed to do!?

I have rented from this location numerous times and the staff had always been lacking; rude, unhelpful, etc. This time, they were the most cheerful and helpful I have ever seen them. Often I have questioned if I wanted to rent from this location, but they changed my mind.

I left my purse in one of the uhaul trucks with prescribed pills in it. The employee gave me an address to meet the people who had my purse. Then I get to there location and the employee called me back to come back to the uhaul site to meet the people who had my purse. Very unprofessional. I tried calling alot of times once I noticed my purse was gone the employee did not answer the phone not one time. And if the truck was inspected he would have seen it in the truck. And also he lied and told me it wasn't in there. And clearly it was.

THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I H AD WITH UHAUL! I HAD A 15$ STRBUCKS CARD I SEEN AFTER I HAD ALREADY DROPPED THE KEYS IN THE BOX ! AND THEY SAID NOONE FOUND ANYTHING! I SEEN IT WITH MY OWN HOUSE SO HOW ARE THEY GOING TOTELL ME DIFFERENTLY, IT WAS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT I JUST GOT!!! I GOT OVERCHARGED. IM VERY UPSET RIGNT NOW.

While i made a corporate reservation through the weblink I was provided, the reservation was not processed as corporate. Because your store staff has no ability to make corporate reservations, I wasted a half hour in the store while the poor man was stuck on hold waiting to talk to someone else who could help. They never were able to reach anyone, so I had no choice but to use a regular reservation. This puts liabilities on me, instead of my employer. To add insult to injury, two holds were put on my credit card instead of one. Additionally, the trailer hitch on the truck was so long that the truck couldn't reach our leveling loading dock and my partner was put in a dangerous situation while trying to compensate. What it comes down to - your employees behind the counter absolutely need to have the power to process corporate reservations in-store. I will not waste another 1/8th of my paid reservation watching someone sit on a phone.
