The U-Haul internet system was down when I tried to return my truck. They were turning away customers that tried to rent that couldn't check in. U-Haul needs to improve its internet throughput and speed. I've noticed slowdowns and I could not upload pictures to return my truck. I'd rather not wait to find out later that there was problems with the mileage or the condition of the truck.

JOSUET NTire pressure was low and air bags need servicing. Those things should have been repaired before rented to me.
TANYA PI would never rent again. $1.29 a mile. A 4 hr rental cost $120 for fuel only. Total $180 after everything.
