WALTER Wno was there to let me know about the truck I had to call back to the regular office to gain access, someone in the background was very rude I heard them, i stood outside at the location on 4254 fun Dulac and was very cold for 30 minutes when I got the combination for the truck, it was full of garbage,2 trash Bags. full I never had that happen before so I was surprise, I still like U-Haul but they need to check their equipment more closely, thank you for your service
