Had a wonderful experience with the young man that was helping me out. Nice location as in almost made me want to get a haircut lol very knowledgeable and explained it very well to me for me to understand everything went as smooth as I expected besides that I didn't realize 20 miles comes faster than you would think so by far being there I didn't know this location was a U-Haul. I would rather deal with these mom and pop places, then going to a corporate office where the lines are out the Ying yang.

Excellent Customer Service
Tequila C.When I picked up the truck, there was garbage in the back. The gas tank was less than half full so I had to go fill it up before I could start using it. They had no pads at the place so he sent me to another U-Haul place to get the pads I paid for. Then a couple of days later, someone was trying to order items on the credit card I used at this dealership. He took a long time checking me out with the truck and instead of swiping my credit card he hand typed in my credit card numbers and it took like 5-10 minutes. My cc usually never leaves my hand so I know he stole my cc numbers since this is the only transaction where I didn't swipe the card myself. I'm very upset since I now have to spend a lot of changing my auto pay withdrawals for when I get my new credit card.
