When I rented the vehicle, it was not in a full tank. I took a picture of this along with the mileage. When I return the , I returned it replenished to 8/10 of a tank. However, I was charged as if I rented it at a full tank and returned it less 2/10. I did not receive a receipt when I left so I could not have foreseen this. Intuition told me that this may happen however no employee was present nor did they answer at any time after the rental. Resulting in $22 overcharge. Very unprofessional.

The signage wasn’t good at all. It was attached to a barbershop. The owner was nice when we went into the building. I asked the U-Haul attendant if he wanted to look over the truck and he said, “No, that’s okay.” I realized that night that I hadn’t received an email or text that I had returned the truck. I called the national number and found out that you had messaged me late that afternoon about changing the location of the drop off again. Our original agreement was to drop off the truck on East Capitol in Milwaukee. I was told by that location that there would be a “substantal” charge if I brought it back there. I think when we made the original deal your company should stick by that deal. Don’t rely on customers to move your trucks where you need them.
