I reserved a truck and when I arrived, they did not have the truck size I reserved. They did have a size bigger but then charged me more money for the bigger truck. I do not think that is my fault and I should have been charged the extra money since it wasn't my fault the truck I reserved was not available. I also had to wait for them to return the truck from the night before, so I could take the truck. This was a half hour wait, so I was late for my scheduled pick-up time for my furniture. I asked for a receipt to see if I was going to be charged for the more expensive truck and was told they would send me a receipt, only to find that they did charge me more and now it's a little late to dispute it. Not a very honest place in my opinion. Would not use them again.
