PATRICIA NThe U-Haul internet system was down when I tried to return my truck. They were turning away customers that tried to rent that couldn't check in. U-Haul needs to improve its internet throughput and speed. I've noticed slowdowns and I could not upload pictures to return my truck. I'd rather not wait to find out later that there was problems with the mileage or the condition of the truck.
