the truck leaked water all over my belongings. It appeared that someone tried to caulk the corners in Mom's attic where the leak was. Not sure if it was the fault of this vendor or the previous one that dropped off the equipment
ANTHONY SHave a regular drop box for the van keys as opposed to the padlocked one. The letters on the padlock are very difficult to see, and the lock is hard to maneuver in the cold, and especially if you are returning the equipment after dark. Also, maybe the owner could check voicemail over a weekend to instruct customers what to do should they not be able to get the key into the lockbox. Other than that, the customer service guy that checked us in was really nice and efficient, and the van was just the right size for what we needed.
