Furniture pads were not present, then I was charged for not returning the pads. Required too many calls to get things accomplished.
MATTHEW DThe manager was kind and efficient when signing out the truck and when returning it. The location is small - our truck was the only Uhaul vehicle there. The truck had some graffiti on the outside, but overall, the vehicle was operational and great for the job we needed it to do.
