The vehicle was dirty when I received it. It had an open razorblade sitting on the dashboard. Right when I got the keys I was asked "Are you hauling a lot?" which is a werid question to ask someone renting a truck. I was asked that because the person helping me expected me to drive around a full dresser left by the previous renter. I was not happy. I was then asked to haul the dresser off the truck. The truck was in poor condition, the front left tire was visibly low on air with an indicator on the dashboard. The truck was at almost empty fuel which was not recorded properly from the previous renter and thus I was not properly compensated for the gas I put into the vehicle. This was the single worst experience I've had with U Haul.

Repair the parking lot, there was a huge pothole I had to back into in order to remove the truck from the lot. The truck's driver door didn't close fully so there was a whistle for 2k miles. Also no cruise control.
Sarah HThey are rude the building is small no ware for disabled to sit only out side this bad neighborhood My truck was taken I called and holler at no direction on how fix any of this stuff sad
Ramona DEverything was great I over estimated mileage I hope I am charged less than I was quoted
Michael fCustomer service was great. However, there are two major issues with this location. 1. The parking is limited because they have large pot hole at the entrance. So they limit how many vehicles can park. 2. They are open 9am to 9pm. If you are returning the vehicle after hours, there is no key drop box. I had to leave the vehicle overnight and return the key when they opened the next morning. This is inconvenient for me because my contract is closed at this point and U-Haul is losing business because another customer can use that truck while I am holding the keys.
