I have most likely been defrauded from this location because of a cleaning fee. There are a lot of bad reviews for this location and I had called u-haul twice for a refund of the cleaning fee that didn’t happen and no one really did anything yet. The Agent who helped with the pickup of the truck was very professional and did fine. I took numerous photos of the truck as the agent told me- in front of several other customers that there was damage which had occurred before the last customer had dropped it off. I was also told the gas was below where it was supposed to be. I photographed that IN THE APP. as well as on my phone. I then went back - because the app would not accept the mileage adjustment nor the gas level. The gal who was running the Saturday office, first was swamped. and second told me I would get an email with the status updates. I DID NOT. Because My camera is time and date stamped, I can prove that the images were taken before I left the lot. UHAUL just charged me 107 dollars for GAS.!!! WHEN I RETURNED IT WITH MORE THAN WHAT I LEFT WITH!!!

RICHARD GI liked the cargo van, being smaller and more maneuverable than a truck but still pretty capable. A big perk too was how professional and friendly the staff were at this location. Very easy to work with and everything was set to go when I aarived.
Wesley AThe previous rental of the vehicle was not closed out correctly, causing mileage issues that needed correction upon my dropping off the vehicle. Seems unnecessary to have this small location when there is a larger location literally 2 blocks away.
