The panel van was perfect for my move. I was able to get everything moved in one trip.
Geoffrey AI wasn’t informed drop directions. My drop off time was 4pm. As soon as I pulled up they locked the door and really didn’t want to answer my questions on where to park the truck and how to close out rental on my phone. If I was told when I received the keys drop off instructions I wouldn’t have felt like i was being a pest when I dropped the truck off.

bruse wAn somewhat out-of-the-way location, but one of the few in the Twin Cities that had a truck available when I needed it. The attendants didn't mention that they'd be closed by the time that I returned the truck (Saturday at 5:00) nor that there would be a fee unless I downloaded the glitchy app and took a bunch of pictures. The app deleted all of the photos I took on the first go-round, which was not ideal.
