I asked for a motorcycle trailer with the wheel lock. The morning of pick up I again asked for a motorcycle trailer and was again told yes that was that I was getting. I foolishly trusted that the individual was competent and hooking up the bike trailer, and when I got to my destination I found that it was not the bike trailer (which was sitting in the lot when I returned that night) but was instead a normal flat bed with walls. I called the Minot location to see if o could switch it with a moto trailer at the Fargo location and was told that I would be charged a large sum to do so and to basically to make it work. Just and overall infuriating experience.

get some sort of claim assistance in place for when your U-hauls are being used in an insurance claim. When there isn't something in place it puts issues with both your customers and getting paid in a timely fasion from such things. The Treatment I received from one of your associates Crystal at the location of my rental was terrible and an absolute dread to work with, she showed no concerned for my unique situation and offered no help in resolving the issues but instead chose to not take the time to listen to my full situation and offer resolution, only blame and lack of knowledge on what I should do when it came down to it her only concern was to threaten me with pulling money from the card that was used (all though it was not the one to be used for the full payment of the rental) and to reposes the rental. Strongly suggest someone looks in to her behavior with customers and how she can correct poor customer service she allowed me to experience.

Have used this location several times for trucks. My family also has a storage unit here. We have never had a negative experience with this location.

Be more upfront about the fees that will be charged. First of all, I signed up for secure insurance at $14 but was charged for secure plus at $28. Then, I wasn't notified about there being a $10 charge for using a card to pay. If I had known that, I would've used cash. Overall, I'm disappointed. A move that I thought would cost at most $50 turned out to be around $80. By the way, do I just not get my insurance deposit back? There was not a scratch on the truck and the employee made no note of any damages.

Worst experience ever. Made reservation.. then seemed to disappear.. then didn't have the storage unit set up after several phone calls being assured we had one , manager was to call back . To address the fact we had nowhere to put our items once we got the uhaul back . no call , no one gave message , had to call again have us a tiny unit because that's all they had left , had a dead rat in it. Trying to address bye problem with management is a joke

I had prepaid and registered! When my son and daughter went to pick up the trailor they where charged again! Only after i sent my daughter a copy of my invoice where they able to figure out what was going on! By then i believe everybodys patients was shot and it was not a pleasant experience! However, i ordered a 2 wheel dolly and one was nor available and was upgraded to a full car trailer! NICE!!

There was some confusion checking the trailer in. I was repeatedly told that I owed an additional $28 and some cents for an extra day if use. However, I had arranged for an additional day of use when I picked up the trailer and was told that I there would be no additional charge. I kept repeating what I was told when I picked up the trailer and I was finally told everything was good and I didn't owe additional rent. Not sure if the problem was the U-Haul system or the employee. The facility was one of the cleanest facilities I've witnessed for a U-HAUL facility.

Couldn't pick up at promised time. Had to help another customer unload his uhaul so I could get the uhaul. The check engine light came on 2 hrs into the drive. Then y'all charged my charged my card for gas even when in the contract it stated to fill where I received the uhaul at. Not pleased at all.

There was a dolly and blankets in the back of the truck, the people that moved our equipment had their own dolly. They moved the u-haul dolly to enable them to slide some shelving along the wall of the truck. When returning the truck I was charged for the dolly because the workers broke the seal. Next time I will request u-haul remove the equipment I didn't request.

If I was comfortable recommending your services to a friend, I would recommend this location. However, due to your company's inconsideration with honoring my reservation, I will not be recommending U-Haul to anyone.

Truck had damage to left upper roof side that was taped from prior usage and I get charges( there was even old tape holding piece in place). Thought I purchased blankets with my 900 invoice and then was charged 269 $ for blankets.

The counter clerk was quite unprofessional and difficult to understand due to the large was of tobacco in his mouth. The truck on the contract was not the truck I was given, creating the wrong mileage and fuel amount, which was eventually resolved, but took much longer than it should have. In the future I will use other UHaul facilities in town due to the unprofessional and inaccurate nature of the staff at this store.

When I dropped the vehicle off, I was told I would be charged a $25 fee for it being "dirty." It was clean. Never using U-Haul again.

Make sure if your customer asks for a two wheel car dolly for a van that you do have one and it will work for the vehicle. I spent a considerable amount of time waiting and ended up having to rent a trailer instead. This was inconvenient.

This location's staff are awesome. I've felt with them 4 times now and have always received excellent customer service. The general manger is extremely helpful in resolving any issues in a timely manner.
