The gentleman who checked me out of the storage facility on 2 August 2022 was also an excellent employee, helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, most of the staff that I interacted with last year, 2021, were not at all friendly or efficient to the point of being rude. However, this last year I have seen a marked improvement in attitude and customer service. Again, I highly praise Brad Parks for his professional and courteous service.

denise h. | Overall ExperienceThe units were too small for the prices, when other storage facilities in close proximity to the u-haul I stored at were way bigger for a lot less $. Also, U-Haul does not do any kind of pro-rating. So if you have to pay for the new month, but can't move your stuff out until a day or two later, you're stuck with the whole month's rent cost, which is hefty. I do have to comment on the staff at the North Hill facility in Minot, ND. Every single employee I came in contact always tried to go above & beyond to get you what you needed/wanted within their company rules. They were all so helpful, kind & understanding. Of course their hands were tied at times due to company policy, but overall, they were the absolute best!!!!
