BRIAN RThe staff at this location is extremely lazy and rude! The boy at the counter refused to walk outside to close out my reservation. I was told i would receive an email in an hour whenever someone goes outside to close. It never happened! Spoke to a so called manager who claims she would make sure it got closed first thing the next day. It never happened! I called the manager 24 hours later she never answered my call but miraculously 2 minutes later I received the email.
KATRISHA AMy uhaul reservation was confirmed but when I we t to the location they said there is no ubaul and dire ted me to this location. When this location gave me the uhaul and it was full of ants and it all got into my body. Then they gave another bigger truck. It was so inconvenient and the overall experience was so BAD.
