This location is terrible for renting. When I got to the location, the App would not work for me to check out the van. I had to call customer service (Clarissa), after 20 minutes, she was eventually able to give me access to the point of getting the code to unlock the box and get the keys. The pictures that I took wouldn't upload and I had to give up because I had a set time to pick up some items. THE NIGHTMARE was when I returned the van yesterday afternoon. I arrived at 3:50pm, parked the van back in the parking garage where I picked and proceeded to do the return. Once again, there's no service, and I couldn't upload the pictures. After trying multiple times, for several minutes, I called customer service again. I was able to speak to the same representative who helped me to get the van the day before. She remembered my name and the situation. By now, it was 4:20pm and she told me that I would be charged an additional day and additional fees. I told her that it was unfair to do this seeing that I was on time but there's an issue with internet connection where this van is located. She transferred to another representative who did NOTHING to help even though I explained the problem to him. He told me that I had to dispute the charges AFTER I paid double what I was supposed to pay. I'm disgusted by these reps who help UHAUL take advantage and rip off customers. I never received my rental contract until AFTER I returned the van and was charged double the amount that I was supposed to pay. I will post this review on all platforms and contact your corporate office as well. I have dated times of the pictures that I took, the phone calls log, and this should have been taken care of by a representative yesterday.

the location only had one spot and a van was in it. i got a phone call it was going to be towed. i was not told this and i had to remove it. this was a your problem and not a me problem after several phone calls we needed to move it to the third floor then it had to be removed by 8:30 Monday so i can only guess your removed it. this was a total screw up by u haul. i dropped it off and returned to Avon park fl. i was not going to drive 2 hours back to move a trailer somewhere else that was told to drop it off at this location. will not rent from u haul again.

Linda BThis was the absolute WORST rental experience I've ever had and I have moved over 20x! You have do go through this rigorous process on their app to get the key. After getting the key after 40mins with their app kept giving me issues. After getting the truck I had to take pictures of the damages and the cell service was very weak where they parked the truck in the parking garage. You could only take the picture in the app and it suppose to upload but the cell service was so weak I had to take the picture walk out of the garage and the truck was not parked very close to the exit for the pictures to upload. It took several times walking back and forth to get each picture to upload. Then once I got in the truck it was completely on E!!! I had to use extra mileage to stop and get gas. It was an absolute NIGTHMARE!
Heather JThe pick up location itself was great, the woman that helped me was very sweet. The issue was the actual U-Haul app experience. It made it incredibly difficult with self-service to deal with issues that were happening on the tech end of things. It ended up delaying my entire trip by a full hour, which meant that I was stuck in rush-hour, which meant that I ended up spending more on mileage and time then I would’ve wanted to.
